Is there a time limit in which the event must be completed?
Yes, the 5K must be completed within 90 minutes from the time the last participant starts.

Are strollers permitted in the 5K?
Yes, strollers are permitted but for safety reasons will need to start in the last corral.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds will be issued.  This includes requests made due to injury, surgery, pregnancy, personal circumstances, date conflicts and professional commitments.  This is an industry standard policy and not unique to our event.

What is your deferral policy?
No deferrals (“carry-overs” or “transfers”) of entry to future years are permitted.  Your entry fees from this year cannot be deferred or applied to a future event.  These include requests made due to injury, surgery, pregnancy, personal circumstances, date conflicts and professional commitments.  This is an industry standard policy and not unique to our event.

Do you offer race day registration?
Therse is race day packet pickup however due to the size and nature of our event we are unable to offer race day registration.

Can a friend or family member pick up my packet?
Yes. To expedite the process please send a copy of your confirmation email when they come to packet pickup.

What timing device is the event using?
The Charity Day 5K uses a bib tag timing device — the timing device is attached to the back of your bib. Athletes MUST wear their bib in the front and on the outside of their clothing. Additionally, do NOT bend or mutilate the timing device.

Is there any way I can register with a check or mail-in form?
Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of the event we do not offer registration by phone or mail-in forms.
